About You

  • A proven Senior Business Analyst with experience in FinTech, Financial Services, or complex software delivery.

  • Expert in full SDLC delivery, with strong documentation skills and experience in both Agile and hybrid methodologies.

  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and confident leading client-facing workshops and presentations.

  • Experienced in UAT support, training, and end-user engagement post-implementation.

  • Clear communicator with a consultative approach and a sharp eye for business value and software detail.

  • Comfortable mentoring team members and supporting strategic initiatives beyond individual projects.


About the Role

In this key role, you will lead the full lifecycle of business analysis across complex software projects, translating client needs into precise functional solutions. You&’ll work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards — and are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients (internal and external) to capture and validate business objectives and translate them into detailed, traceable requirements.

  • Produce business analysis documentation across the full project lifecycle, including scoping, business and functional requirements, use cases, feature definitions, and software specifications.

  • Provide client support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure development aligns with acceptance criteria and business goals.

  • Write and review functional specifications that define the expected outcomes of development work, ensuring they are on schedule, within scope, and approved by clients.

  • Lead requirement-gathering workshops to explore solution options and clarify business needs.

  • Prepare and deliver training and user support material post-implementation.

  • Conduct demonstrations of completed enhancements internally and externally, articulating business value to clients and stakeholders.

  • Support pre-sales activity, including delivering tailored product demonstrations and contributing to the development of demo environments and scripts in collaboration with the Sales team.

  • Mentor and guide junior BA team members, promoting best practices and upskilling across the function.

  • Collaborate daily with development, QA, documentation, implementation, and training teams to ensure complete alignment between delivery and requirements.
