Managing Director and Lead recruiter Miles Austin-Raffan has over 25 years experience across recruitment, RPO and consultancy. Miles has direct recruitment experience across markets in UK, Europe (including Switzerland, Germany and France), USA and Australia. With a focus on programme delivery (PD, PM, BA and Change) Miles has worked with CIOs, CTOs plus business and IT Directors on projects ranging from £½ million to c£100m in value. Miles has industry sector experience across Energy, Housing, Not for Profit, Retail/FMCG, Airlines and Financial Services.
